Common questions
Do guards need a special phone or app?
No. Any smartphone with a camera and GPS works. FM360 opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Our guards do not have email. How do they sign in?
Guards sign in with their mobile number and a 4-digit PIN that the admin sets.
Which languages are available?
English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Each person picks their own.
Can our client see the reports?
Yes. You can give a client a read-only login that shows only their own site.
Can we start with one site?
Yes. Most teams start with one product on one site and add more once it is working.
